Hi, I'm Heidi and I know this season from the inside out.

Maybe you've noticed your ability to cope with everyday life feels different lately. Smaller things feel harder, and you're more tired than you should be. That's real, and it makes sense given what your body's going through.

Periods that have gone rogue; early, late, heavier, lighter, maybe even gone altogether. Brain fog that makes you forget why you walked into a room. Waves of rage or tears that catch you off guard. Anxiety, low mood, sleep that won't come or won't stick. Fatigue that coffee can't touch. Skin that's changed overnight. A body that's holding weight differently, no matter what you do.

If this sounds familiar, you're not imagining it, and you're not alone. These symptoms are common, they're hormonal, and they're manageable. You don't have to just get through this on your own.

I founded Seasoned Nutrition from my home on the Sunshine Coast, after my own experience with hormonal shifts left me looking for answers I couldn't find anywhere else. My interest in the body actually started over a decade earlier when I trained and qualified in yoga 12 years ago, long before I went on to study nutrition and exercise science formally. That journey led me to complete my Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Exercise).

These days you'll usually find me somewhere between client sessions and my own garden, still figuring plenty of this out for myself. I'm here for practical support through nutrition, movement, and sleep, built around what your body needs right now, not generic advice written for someone else.

Ready to feel like yourself again?
